All content, software, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with the Service are owned by Flynch MB or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access and view the Service for personal or authorized business use. No other rights are granted.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) USD $100 or (b) the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Flynch MB is legally established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service will be submitted to the competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer-protection laws grant you the right to resolve the dispute in your place of residence. Mandatory local laws remain unaffected.
