- Account & Identity Details: name, email address, password, and optional profile information when you create or manage an account.
- Orders & Billing: order IDs, purchase history, and limited payment metadata shared by our payment processor (Stripe). Full card data never reaches our servers.
- Uploaded Assets: photos, filenames, file metadata, and checksums you upload for animation.
- Support & Feedback: messages, attachments, or other content you submit to our team.
- Usage & Device Data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and actions taken within the app, captured via cookies or analytics tools to help operate and improve the service.
We use personal information to:
- deliver, personalize, and improve the animation experience;
- process orders, billing, and customer communications;
- generate preview videos, monitor job status, and update your dashboard;
- respond to inquiries, provide support, and resolve issues;
- send updates, onboarding tips, and marketing messages (you can unsubscribe anytime);
- analyze product performance, detect abuse, and maintain security;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms of service.
